Sunny Sunday

On Sunday morning we were greeted with gorgeous sunny skies. After a proper English breakfast at the hotel, many of us headed over to the Cathedral for Eucharist.

After a lovely service in gorgeous surrounding with fantastic music by the previous choir in residence, All The Kings Men from Winnipeg, Manitoba, the pilgrims spent the afternoon exploring and enjoying the lovely weather. Some went to Stonehenge and Old Sarum. Others explored the town and communed with local residents, two and four legged.

On Sunday evening our Senior Warden, Mary Marshall Levy hosted a cocktail hour at her BnB just down the road. This was followed by a delicious welcome dinner for all pilgrims back at the hotel. Than the St. Andrew’s crawlers headed out for a Pub Crawl while many others headed to bed, tired and happy after a wonderful day.
